Dr. Ryan Cooley, MD

Cardiac Electrophysiologist & Metabolic Health Specialist

Dr. Ryan Cooley is a board-certified Cardiac Electrophysiologist with over 25 years of experience in cardiovascular medicine. Known for his depth of knowledge and passion for learning, he integrates traditional cardiology with metabolic health, nutrition, and preventive wellness to address the root causes of disease.

He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Wisconsin–Madison after completing a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology as a Division I tennis scholar. His postgraduate training includes residency in Internal Medicine and fellowships in Cardiovascular Medicine and Cardiac Electrophysiology. Dr. Cooley has served in multiple leadership roles, including Medical Director of the Dysautonomia Clinic in Milwaukee and Chair of the Cardiovascular Department at Utah Valley Hospital.

After personally experiencing a heart attack and later prostate cancer, Dr. Cooley developed a deep interest in metabolic and nutritional medicine. Using advanced diagnostics and integrative therapies, he achieved remission and reshaped his philosophy of care focused on optimizing health and longevity through metabolic science.

Dr. Leslie McNaughtan, MD

Family Medicine & Women’s Health

Dr. Leslie McNaughtan is a board-certified family medicine physician who believes in whole-person care and lasting patient relationships. She is passionate about women’s health and integrative approaches that blend evidence-based medicine with lifestyle and wellness support. Her goal is to help women be well in all the ways they want to be and feel well. Dr. McNaughtan strives to ensure every patient feels seen, heard, and empowered in their health journey.

Dr. Ben Fogg, MD, MS

Medical Director, Impact Medical

Dr. Ben Fogg is a primary care physician dedicated to delivering comprehensive, personalized care through genuine connection and a proactive approach to health. He believes optimal wellness comes from understanding the whole person—body, mind, and lifestyle—and creating individualized strategies to prevent disease and promote longevity.

With both a medical degree and a master’s in bioengineering from the University of Utah, Dr. Fogg blends science and compassion in every patient relationship. His background in genetics, performance medicine, and biomedical innovation allows him to translate cutting-edge research into practical, evidence-based care.

At Impact Medical, Dr. Fogg emphasizes preventive and lifestyle medicine, focusing on nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, mental health, and recovery to help patients thrive. He also provides expertise in hormone optimization, offering testosterone replacement therapy for men and hormone therapy for women navigating menopause—helping restore energy, balance, and long-term vitality.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Fogg is an avid skier, mountain biker, and outdoor enthusiast who finds his greatest joy exploring the Wasatch Mountains with his wife and children.

Dr. Erika Noonan, MD, FAAFP, NCMP

Integrative & Preventive Medicine, Geriatrics

Dr. Erika Noonan is a board-certified family physician with over 15 years of clinical experience and advanced fellowship training in Geriatrics and Integrative Medicine. A Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, she specializes in women’s health, hormone optimization, and longevity-focused care, with particular expertise in dementia management and prevention.

At Impact Medical, Dr. Noonan is passionate about helping patients achieve better access, better answers, and better outcomes through personalized, science-based care. Her approach blends compassion with precision, addressing the root causes of illness and empowering patients to take an active role in their long-term well-being.

With a foundation in Nutrition Science, she integrates preventive strategies, hormone balance, and lifestyle interventions to promote cognitive, physical, and emotional vitality. Dr. Noonan is committed to helping each patient age with clarity, confidence, and lasting health.
